Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  1. Review the benefits of inclusion and rationale for creating inclusive atmospheres in academic medical environments.
  2. Explore tools and resources to discuss implicit and explicit associations that negatively impact patient, provider, and personnel interactions.
  3. Explore methods to equip stakeholders with tools to enhance workplace climate, with a specific focus on inclusion as a strategy for excellence.
